Re: World Cup musings (Iran/USA)
I agree they should strip them off the hosting rights, but something tells me FIFA are in the US pocket as corrupt as they are, they wont do nothing...its up to the participating countries to make their voices heard and do the right thing

Re: Identification of Top African talents (An Informed Article)...
Talents can be found anywhere. It is the molding of individual talents into thinking 'TEAM first' in a sport like football that counts. Even when an individual talent is spotted, one needs to consider this fits into the other components of the team. If this or other players cannot be coached to syn...

Re: Super Eagles Players Giving Back to the Society
I don’t know much about Tolu Arokodare, but I suspect there may be a smear campaign at play—especially from the post of the individual who drew a contrast between Tolu and Calvin. Calvin is giving back, which is commendable. However, there’s no evidence that Tolu isn’t doing the same. At most, there...

Kunde, what a player
A cool headed penalty taker, I loved the angle of his penalty against England in 1990
Condolences to his family and the wider Cameroonian family

Re: Nigeria- all 8 AFCON Finals – Wins & Losses"
Of all the finals we lost the ones that I think got away for one reason or the other were 1988 (VAR would have ruled in favor of Nwosu) and 2023(4) (that was the begining of realising this team has little liver and cannot see a game through, however we had no business losing that game) 1984 was an ...

He is fine. Nigerians will love him more. As you know, seeing a Div 2 player evokes a deep love and passion from this failed loser shameless crooked fanbase. Him, Aribo and Onuachu just got a serious lease of life in the SE by their relegation. I think you are allowing your passion to lead you to a...

Nope, Nigeria has won the most World championships and African championships. Opportunity for local talents like Osimhen to be discovered. If there is a good player that is better than the local players. Nothing is stopping him from coming to camp to compete. True, Nigeria has a rich history and su...

Kanu -1 Ademola Lookman-2 VO9-3 For me, Kanu would not even be part of my consideration when it comes to best NIGERIAN player. For me, to be best NIGERIAN player you must show it in GWG NT. Kanu was a striker but his average minutes for the NT will show he was largely substituted in most games. He ...

Ohenhen1, I agree the problem is with the players, we have enough sample size (quoting you) to show this There is no character within this team Ndidi was telling us we cannot expect to win all games and that all other teams are catching up, true, but is that really the excuse you want to give to 280...
