Any list without Ilerika cannot be complete. If he's second to any Nigerian it is JJ. Only those who never had the pleasure of seeing wouldn't be aware of this. Sorry.

gotti, WHY DON'T U JUST ACCEPT THE OBVIOUS? Not only do our cyberanalysts have better eyes than C3, they also want to win more than he. C3's long playing and coaching experiences, which should give him an eye for talent hasn't done any such thing. And the fact that he's the (thanks to the NFA) de f...

africana, PLEASE HELP: I'M CONFUSED

You refer to clubs producing good GK's while the national team doesn't. How does the national team produce a GK other than selecting what the clubs produce? For example, does Ericksson's England produce GK's outside of what the EPL clubs deliver?

daddyrich, THANKS Besides calling C3's record which is comparable to Westerhoff's a failure, while calling Westerhoff's a success, anointed disingenuously ignores two salient facts: 1) westerhoff's "success" came after five years, compared to less than two for C3. 2) Westerhoff had access...

td Nigeria has been using FC's for decades, I'd say 60 years. I'm not sure 60 years is anyone's definition of short-term. Maybe African IC's haven't done much to inspire you but what have FC's done? Have you seen stats of FC vs. IC which toxicarrow just published? Have you so soon forgotten how Amo...

waffiman, I KNOW PRO-FC's WOULD CONTINUE TO REMAIN IN DENIAL Here you have it, staright from the horses mouth and you are still making a strawman out of C3. Schaffer himself said FC's are not the long-term solution for Africa. If that's not precisely the pro-IC stand, what is it? We've always insis...

...even a list of 1,000 players would not satisfy all. Thunder just brought a few names (Sani Mohammed, Eyo Essien) that were left out. I could bring out more. Tony Igwe, Sylvestre Egborge, Peter (not the same as Baby) Anieke, Josy Donbraye. We can go on a long time.

suya I don't know what Adokie's involvement with KSW. I'm judging him entirely on positions I've gleaned from his public ctatement. ...I think Schaffer is alluding to the fact that Africa's problems are organizational (hence the need to bring in an Hoeness, "expert" in that area) more than coaching. In other words the pro-IC position.

yeyeman4, RIGHT, NO ONE SHOULD TAKE SOLACE FROM SCHAFFER's WORDS BECAUSE...

...pro-IC's can reason for themselves and they've been saying this forever. Most of us do not need Schaffer to give us common sense. Now, hopefully, pro-FC's would see the folly of their misguided ways.
