Re: My take on the ANC so far

I must say it's early but this quality is much less than the average European nations cup game last year. Talent is ok but Position sense and the midfield - forward link up is very poor. Game reading and match adjustments by the coaches seem just as bad. I am still cheering and watching but it's bec...

Re: Crystal palace 0 v 1 Chelsea(Costa)

Rooting for a score draw between Arsenal & Man City. 2-2 would be fun with one team equalizing in the 91st minute.

Seems Willian rarely passed the ball to Moses in the 1st half. Was that intentional?

Re: 48 team world cup with 16 groups of 3 teams- AFP

Does not look well thought out. 32 teams is just fine. This is not the Olympics where the more participants is always the better. 32 teams is not fine based on current allocation of spots which privileges Europe. It only makes sense if Europe is willing to give up spots which it has refused to do. ...

Re: The untouchables..the 33 the best ever

I would need to use the emerging trend of 3-4-3 to list my top 11 ever. Keeper - Enyeama Defense - Keshi, Chukwu, Okechukwu Mid - Finidi, Mikel, Kanu, Okocha Forward - Odegbami, Yekini, Amuneke Much respect to Okala, Rufai, Muda Lawal, Oliseh, Nwosu, Usiyen, . Seems funny Ikpeba got to be African P...

Re: The untouchables..the 33 the best ever

Finidi could do what Moses what Moses does not to an extent. Maybe draw Odegbami further back into midfield and push Kanu up front (Odegbami would still score more goals than him either way).

More than just a Matic problem. Looks like confidence is affecting Chelsea again. Either Begovic can't adjust to Chelsea style or he's not good.

Re: NO REASON TO FEAR ALGERIA

TG, Algeria currently have the potential to dominate but if Nigeria get their act together both countries can really be the dominant force for the next 5 year minimum. This is why it is such a shame to have both teams in the same group. This whole mess takes me back to when Egypt and Algeria were i...
