He is not dead. You will see him again. This is a time for us to reflect on our lives so that we can give a good account when called to.
Peace brother.

Re: This almost feels like deliberate sabotage by Rohr
What I witnessed today was an absolute piss poor travesty in terms of attacking football. The Defence was either pretty good or Croatia were just bad. But our attack was horrible. Never worse in a World Cup. Even 2010 without Mikel was better. Victor Moses is such a DISSAPOINTMENT? I must have mala...

Re: Our coach’s mentality doesn’t reflect the Nigerian minds
I have to agree with txj , with Mexico and Switzerland haven proved the point that club affiliations does not sum up the quality of a national team. Another proof is the Icelanders holding off a 'loaded' Argentine squad. Football matches are not a linear process, else teams can be anointed and fans...

Re: Our coach’s mentality doesn’t reflect the Nigerian minds
Not necessarily the case for sub-Saharan African players, because it comes down to factors in the international transfer of players, including luck, as well as the club/manager of the player in Europe and how they interpret the specific skill sets of the player. Gbenga Okunowo once played for Barca...

Re: Mourinho Blasts: Mikel is Not a Number 10
Haters of Mikel, slow up, Rohr got it all wrong. He left Mikel in that advanced role even though he knew that it is not working. All the coaches around the world agree that he got it wrong. My question therefore is, why was it difficult for him to figure it out and make very rapid adjustments. The t...

It was as if Croatia was playing against a High School team. I hope the players have not been given their bonuses in advance. What a lethargic team. A far cry from 94 team. Sad day for the continent. The most lethargic team that has performed so far in this World Cup. You mean lethargic coach?

Re: Inexperience Was Nigeria Problem
Problem is not taking skillful players to the world cup who are known to express themselves by moving the ball forward. We are bombarded in aerial onslaught at the backline, yet Eze that can help out at the back with such was not even given a chance. Is not as if our players dont have skills is jus...

The England game was the catalyst for today loss, 2 weeks to the world cup and you cant even play the basics of foootball, Croatia just did their home work, very simple, let the africans make mistakes and we punish them, plain and simple! Re: I question Gernot Rohr's competence
Who replaces Rohr? Nobody for now. Play mikel deep, Kelechi to the rescue upfront and leave Iwobi and Moses to express themselves. Ndidi functions better with Mikel close to him, His system rendered Mikel just another player and substituting him rather than repositioning him was share madness. I th...

Re: I question Gernot Rohr's competence
Such a dumb move by the Coach: Removing Iwobi instead of Mikel. Mikel was pedestrian and slow. I would have removed Mikel, put Iwobi in the middle. Remove Ighalo. Put Musa and Ihenacho.. I told you that we will lose with Ighalo as striker. If Ighalo starts for Nigeria against Iceland, we will lose....
