Re: Onyeka vs Crystal Palace / Iwobi vs Leeds/Denis,Etebo,Ekong vs BHA

In my opinion you've got it the other way around, I've been following Onyeka since his debut for Midtjylland and his biggest strengths have been his ball carrying skills and energy levels while his weakest is ball distribution and there's nothing he has done so far for me to change my opinion on th...

Re: Onyeka vs Crystal Palace / Iwobi vs Leeds/Denis,Etebo,Ekong vs BHA

My assessment: Troost: Played well (with the exception of the mistake). I don't see him not starting for Watford. His role has evolved to much more than defending. He is tasked with bringing the ball out from the back. His colleagues at the back know to give him the ball to start the attack. Troost ...

Re: To put things in perspective

there is no perspective to those who have an agenda. I'm not the biggest fan of Rohr, but these people cannot be objective. Rohr has one of the best qualification records of any SE coach. Those with agenda will use a friendly to cry for him to be sacked. They forget since Rohr has been with SE we h...

It is quite possible that Uzoho is better. Not sure but definitely worth giving him a chance post injury in the next game.

Re: Ejuke needs to be called

Lets look at wingers called up vs those not called up CALLED UP Ahmed Musa - Well past his prime (which wasn't all that to begin with) was fat an has been inactive and is just beginning to play in NPFL. In no way should he be called Moses Simon - well established squad player of SE. I like him as a...

Re: Rohr on Ighalo's recall

I understand/ can see where Rohr is coming from; Victor or Kelechi cannot smell the movement ability of Igalo in the box (they need to work to get to that level esp Vic). There's a reason why Solkajier went for Ighalo. Man Untd was looking for Cavani-like box skills and razor thin "timed moveme...

The pitch and the bouncey ball almost karma to their keeper. These boys will not be able to play thier game. That pitch..they're thinking too much to control the ball

Congrats kele. I have always been a believer!. His goals to minutes ratio should be even more impressive like in the past. He converts the most per shots , per minutes. Cheers Kele

Re: Kele and Ndidi vs Sheff united

I have ALWAYS believed in Kele. Very few strikers have the all round natural striking kit the brings. He cap shoot, lob, direct a kick like the goal the other day (my boy Mane messed up same kind of strike opportunity).

Re: IHENACHO in the dog's house

His approach to the penalty was similar to how he took his last penalty for Nigeria (which he also missed). Same run up. I will stop short of being overly harsh on him as I think he still has one of the most accurate boots but time is now starting to run out. He may need to take a step back to hop f...

Re: Ajayi hangs v Liverpool

Good header by him. Seems to be very useful when it comes to set pieces but I don't rate him as Defender. He isn't that great of a defender yet. He gave Mane the space for the Liverpool goal. Tosin of Fulham , Balogun and even Omerou (who is also barely average) will start ahead of him.

Re: FUL (Aina, Lookman, Adarabioyo) v LIV

We might miss out on a gem like Eze (England sure isn't letting go of him), nonetheless getting Lookman is still a win for us...but not getting Eze will pain me sha make I no lie. Not been watching Eze in recent weeks, probably because I've been focussing on the Fulham trio....and the Olise kid at ...

Re: Are we chasing the wrong AM? Re: Michael Olise

Maybe I have not seen enough of Olise. Olise is ok but when it comes to the AM with the greatest potential to positively impact our outcomes, Eze is still no 1 on my list. This is the guy we should focus on across key critical dimensions imho - Goals & Assists over the past two seasons ? Eze bea...

Re: Kayode vs Samu, Kele vs Zorya Luhansk

When it comes to off the ball movement and "give and go" passing, Nacho is one of the best strikers we have at the moment. I agree. A total 180 from a year + ago where his first touch used to let him down. He and Osimen to lead the Eagles attack. well deserved goal. Second assist = IQ + t...

Even though Ancelotti is highly rated, I still think he’s under-rated. He’s doing an amazing number on quite a few players: James Rodriguez Calvert-Lewin Iwobi Even Sigurstsson is playing his best football in years. Pepe, Klopp and Mourinho get all the press, but Carlo Ancelotti is the up there wit...
