Michael Nsien will be a great choice to coach the SE! This guy is legit! Understands the game, can develop a the SE brand and make into something special. Michael is brilliant & knows what it takes to get SE where it needs to be. I am a bit biased 'cos I know him very well.

Really smart coach! Passionate about football & a great teacher of the game. So so proud of Mike Nsien. Coached against him for a couple of years in age grade competitive leagues, tournament and state cups.

And the 2 striker position Peserio wants to take will destroy him as a coach if he doesn't change his formation. If he doeas that then he needs to play a 3-5-2 or 3-4-1-2

That 4-4-2 formation from the get go did it in for me! Was expecting him to play a 3-4-3 or a compact 3-5-2 because the Algerians were going press & we needed to do the same.
