Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Development for 2019/2

I can understand Emer's cautious approach to the derby, but the mistake I think he made was starting Xhaka. For me a 3 of Willock-Torreira-Guedouzi offers more in the MF. I would have preferred a Ceballos or Ozil but if you want to be conservative why not go with Willock who can actually drive when ...

Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Development for 2019/2

I can see Willock getting a lot of games this season. Xhaka needs to be worried especially with Ceballos around too. I'm assuming Torreira would be much better after getting over his debut season. All the smeh smeh on the ball from Xhaka better stop or he will chop a whole lot of bench!

Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Development for 2018/2

Arsenal/Arsene used to be brilliant and spotting talent early and acquiring them. Some big no brainer misses that really shocked me. VVD was at Celtic and was passed up on, along with Wanyama. I actually hoped Wenger would step and down and personally approach Klopp to take over from him when he le...

Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Development for 2018/2

You can't use the lack of Champions League success or your rival's impending success, to denigrate Wenger's entire time at the club . Sorry man, but can you please indicate where anyone did this. Definitely the post Highbury era of his time has been questioned but not sure I have seen anyone say hi...

Re: SIGN HERE IF YOU NO SEND THIS YEYE CL FINAL THIS SEASON.

What sort of nonsense is this, the new Europa league or something.. :boo: Spurs v Liverpool final, no thanks. I will gladly go and do some gardening...... :curse: :curse: Funny thing is the 2 managers at the final were perfect candidates to take over from Wenger but we passed on them. See the progr...

Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Development for 2018/2

Iwobi most definitely needs to specialist shooting and finishing training. His technique is not up to par. Sterling had similar problems but has improved that side of his game. Iwobi just needs to work on his shooting, continue running at players and making key passes and the eye-catching eye level ...

How about we went to Bournemouth with £30M for Nathan Ake. The boy will be worth double in no time.

I'm sad Mourinho is gone. But does he get paid off. If yes, he is a smart dude. Same pattern every time.

Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Development for 2018/2

I think a serious conversation needs to be had about Mkhitaryan. Since he's come to England he hasn't been the same. Might be just me but he's body language looks off. Like he's going through stuff. We do need him to click into gear. Ozil will have off days. He's got experience over Iwobi. He has hi...

Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Development for 2018/2

There is a middle ground. Wenger is the greatest manager in our club's history. His philosophy has been knitted into our DNA and that cannot be ignored. It was very necessary that he left because on the field things became stale. Enthusiasm on and off the pitch was low. Our successes going forward i...
