Can some one tell what position is he playing for his club?

He played on the left side of the midfield, just behind the lone striker

Re: Benjamin Tiaminu - New SE

This is why some of us do not want local coaches even as assistants. Tiaminu left Bendel Insurance just last month. Less than 30 days later he's on the SE team list ahead of players like ogbu and Ndah. Even if he has the potential. How do you justify inviting a Tanzanian league player nobody knows ...

Kai! This guy is the real definition of a Journey man! His last job with Cameroon from 2019 to 2021 is the longest in his entire career.

He made a gidigbo team like Cameroon play like prime Barca when he was coach for them (not sure why exactly they sacked him). I'll take him in a heartbeat. Lol Hell no I don't want him. i was not impressed with Cameroon in 2021. Djdn't Cameroon win Afcon in 2019. The team regressed in 2021 that is ...

Still wondering why Haaland didn't use his head for that missed chance. His misses are even worse than the ones Osimhen missed at AFCON.

Re: Pesseiro wanted $120k monthly

I don’t believe this report. The NFF are trying to save face. They don’t even have money to pay Finidi. If you pay Peseiro 50k then you have to give Finidi something between 15k-50k per month which they don’t have. We are doomed. Finidi will get paid in Naira. If they offer him the same contract as...

Not true, NFF offered him a new contract with exactly the same conditions, all he wanted was his old salary of 70k and that the NFF pay his assistants.

He ended his tenure on a high but he was bang average overall. Now, let’s see who’s next. I suspect the NFF already have another foreigner on their radar. average overall ? he took the team to the final of the most competitve AFCON IN HISTORY. The team did not concede a goal in 4 straight matches. ...

Re: How about a Local coach with a foreign assistant

The reality is that this type of talk often demonstrates the deep brainwashing of folks . Managing soccer is a lot less tasking ...

How come no one is talking about the talented coach, Olumide, who has won coach of the tournament back to back? That's the type of coach we should be looking at for the U17 and U21 teams.

This is a question that no doubt many have pondered over for ages. Now, I'm willing to take a position: Talent is born. The final evidence came in the form of Lamine Yamal Nasraoui Ebana , the 16-yr old who a few days ago started for Barcelona against Napoli. I just think there isn't enough time fo...

Re: Ahmed Musa sacked by Sivasspor

I can't believe people are still justifying Musa's inclusion, most of our players were fatigued and had to play the final due to lack of options on the bench, yet we had Musa on the bench and the coach didn't trust him enough to let him play. Nigerians! Are we sure our problem is just leadership???

Re: Troost-Ekong to undergo surgery due to AFCON injury

While we praise the admirable patriotism of these lads in playing through pain...it still begs the question how the medical team didn't properly assess the fitness level of these guys before the finals? Aina's lack of fitness (which we never knew about until much later), was a major factor in why A...
