Re: Fashanu: Otto Gloria asked me for a bribe

Udemuzwue (sp) was the coach when Fash was in the Eagles camp. That can't be true. Tori get K leg. Maybe this was when Otto Gloria went back to Porto or wherever he was coaching in Portugal as their paths never crossed at The Eagles. Otto coached the Green Eagles while Fash turned up to watch Super...

Re: Is Kennedy Boboye an NPFL Super Coach?

Gbenga Ogunbote and Kadiri Ikhana fall into this category of Super coaches too, surely. But Kadiri Ikhana has long left the coaching circuit. Unless you are counting on retirees. I didn't realise he was only referring to current coaches plus Gbenga Ogunbote was originally mentioned but I missed it.

Re: Joey Barton na coach? - Charged with assault

Not to forget after he was at QPR in the last game of the season against Man City and he got sent off. The little rodent started provoking all the Man City players, instead of leaving the pitch immediately, just to see if he could get one of them sent off as well. Not all there, hopefully will seek ...

aruako1 wrote: Thu Jul 29, 2021 10:15 amIt is out of character for Enyimba or its fans to attack opposing teams. Enyimba fans usually handle poor results (even at home) well. This was a win.
It was the officials that the allegations were levelled against, not the fans.

Good deserved win yesterday, Sterling is grossly underrated and yes Kane is the exact opposite.

Re: [EURO 2020] King England 4 - 0 Ukraine

I didn't see the Ukraine game but knocking 4 past Ukraine is no easy feat. England are making a statement not conceding a goal up to this stage, yes they have ridden their luck and had a nice draw, and if they win it they have deserved it. I am not sure they have reached the stage where they can thu...

Re: Ominous signs for the ABEG club

Saw my first Euro game yesterday in the England Germany match. Kane is about the laziest striker I have ever seen (goal or no goal). England still play disjointed football, so are nowhere near favourites, I felt they beat a good German team but their games could still go either way. They defended a ...

Yep. Different player. There were numerous Ghana boys who played for Nigerian clubs in those years. Several including Leotis Boateng, Baba Ottu; Shefiu ended up aging for Nigeria. The great Aluyfsalam Rocks FC was full of Ghanaians. John Orlando of Water Corporation (The Ibadan one) was also in the...

Oga Scipio of this England win the Euros I will pay you £100. Re: [EURO 2020] ENG 0 v 0 SCO - FT

there was another funny moment where Grealish came inside from the left and passed to (what he thought was) Luke Shaw overlapping on the flank, but was actually an English substitute on the sidelines. This aspect of their game was very odd and asks questions of the coach. Far be it for me to start ...

Re: [EURO 2020] ENG 1 v 0 CRO - FT

England might have a Beckham issue with Kane. Beckham kept on producing average after average performance but as he was the talisman and captain, couldn't be removed. The only game they played when he was subbed due to injury, against Portugal even with 10 men, was easily their best during the tenur...

They also have Calamity John in defence. He made so many crazyass mistakes in the Champions League final, it is a surprise Pep did not remove him at half-time. And even if they did not have Stones, his partner Maguire is not exactly a van Dyke. He is the type of centerback I describe as...

Yesterday was her first match since then as she only returned to training last week . Re: Nedum on ESPN: Possible lesson for Nigeria

Damunk, Whilst the usual suspects are going overboard like scorned lovers, they do have a point. Nedum, as did both Ugo Ehiogu and Jordan Ibe, had zero interest in playing for Naija so I don't think he is in a position to talk about conflicts of interest or letters not arriving. It's like Abacha ta...
