Re: Who has been the best coach in our local league over the last 5 years?
Boboye has to be up there. He has won the NPL twice with two different clubs. That has to be something. The guy is a determined guy who also invest in developing himself. I visited him in Belfast 2 years ago when he came on self sponsored training programme.

INTRIGUES ARE NOT LIMITED TO NIGERIA OR THE NFF It's in everything worldwide, not just sports. We don't know if there's any in this case and if there is, it's not necessarily ill-motivated - there may be legitimate reasons to pick one person over another, especially if only one can be picked. Re: VICTOR IKPEBA Issues INSULT: "We Settled for him (Finidi)......"
Honestly people like Ikpeba shouldn’t be on committees like these or if they are, they should completely barred from making public comments. When it comes to what to say publicly vs not, he might as well be 6 years old He was making the comments on his show but he shouldn’t have said the things he ...

Re: Christian Chukwu owed by NFF for 19 years
What does he mean by what can he do? He can and should report them to FIFA now that he is no longer hoping to get another head coaching job. ASk if he signed any contract before he took over the job! Most of those appointments are verbal, one which they eagerly latched unto without asking for any b...

Re: STRATEGIC CHOICES FOR EAGLES under Finidi George
So apparently a mandate given to Finidi, is to give homebased players more opportunity in the team. This is Keshi all over again. We are in serious trouble. Chai. Na Finidi head dem wan use do experiment. Fasten your seat belts everyone cos this might be rough. Turbulence ahead. Best of luck to the...

I hope he has what it takes to fight his battle. He will win or be undone by the shenanigans in the office and not on the field. The activities on the field will only be used to nail him. I would like to see the contract details, i want to see the salary , it has to be the same or almost as what is ...

Re: [WC 2022] SENEGAL 0 NETHERLANDS 2 FT (Gakpo, Klaasen)
I have been complaining for a long time about the set up of Senegal. Defensively compact, which allows them to stay long enough in a game to do a smash and grab job. With Mane the only creative force in their team they could do something. When I saw Gueye pretending to be an attacking midfielder,I k...

Re: England vs Iran(6-2) Jude, Saka x2, Sterling, Teremix2, Rashford, Jack
That England defence will crumble like a domino card once it comes across a decent side. Iran was attrocious, weak and poor. The good thing about England is that they gobble up teams like Iran like a mallam munching a handful of groundnut.

Re: Manchester United - News, Developments & Season
United need three players, 2 midfielders and another central defender, yes i mean another central defender. I love Martinez but until United can learn to keep possession and deny coming under incessant attacks , their frailty at the back(size wise) would continue to be exploited. At the moment they ...

Re: What is Ike still doing on the coaching staff?
If keepers are making those basic errors at this level, maybe they were never good enough to play at this level in the first place. You have a keeper who cannot make the team in Cyprus, another one warming the bench at Watford, ordinarily they should not even be in the national team. Those kind of e...

Re: What is Eguavoen's input after all these Peserio matches?
I am surprised Eguavoen accepted to continue in his previous job. He should have resigned and gone on to do other things. His contract is paid by FIFA and not the NFF. He will not resign from such a cosy job. So, that explains why they didn’t fire him after ANC. I guess it’s true the NFF are piss b...

Re: Kele and Ndidi vs Taiwo and Emmanuel
Taiwo should go to Kelechi to learn how to finish. Those two chances should in the net. The first one I dont even know how he managed to skew it against the post, there was enough space either side of the keeper and the third option of rounding the keeper up. The second chance was even off, if a kee...

How can you watch this guy and tell me he can't keep possession? That's his strong point!
