Very strange scenario but we will see how things unfold. Still a good 2 years to go....ohenhen1 wrote:This is not fair. You change the rules in the middle of the game. It is still 2017, two years away from the competition. Didn't even attempt to work with Cameroon to resolve the problems.

Re: Nigeria planned for failure, Blatter
Great to see Blatter tell these people off for their blatant stupidity. Nigeria planned for failure, Blatter 2010 World Cup Special Jul 11, 2010 FIFA president, Sepp Blatter said at the weekend that Nigeria’s failure to make an impact at the 2010 World Cup did not surprise him. Blatter added that Ni...

In the light of indiscipline revealed in the camp, what would you have suggested?

Yes plenty. Thats why Song and Emana did not play the first match, apparently thanks to Etoo.... After the first match, some players still tried to insist that Kameni should play the 2nd match inspite of his poor form.

Bobo Dan, I guess it remains to be confirmed but Etoo is accused of influencing PLG not to play A. Song and Emana. A. SOng not happy with Etoo b/c he thinks Etoo was happy tor eplace his Uncle as captain. The rest got involved by directly or indirectly taking sides in the issue and creating an atmos...

Could Goodluck be related to the late Sani Abacha? I don't think he will be bringing any good luck to Nigerian football any time soon. Did anyone even see this coming???

He has now won the dutch league after two or three(?) tr...

Wow it would have been something to have Balotelli on the wings doing a few legovers, and taking all the freekicks for Ghana. This team would have had an additional edge to it. Of course, there would have been double the drama with Sulley Muntari in the camp too.. lol. Just want to know what BALLOTE...

Re: Ghana will be an African super power...
ElHadary, I am surprised you say that. Ghana has a good "veteran" like Appiah in the squad. He might be 30 but he has been a round a long time. Also, in 06, they had Kuffour in the squad. Keeping veterans is easier. What is more difficult is integrating the younguns.... I think Egypt will ...

Can Appiah not replace Ayew?? he can play in the centre and Kwadwo Asamoah can move to the left... there's a good chance vorsah will be in the starting line-up on friday. he could even have played yesterday, but the coach wanted him to get more rest. there is a good chance vorsah will take the partn...

True he got turned down by Germany and he has been honest about it. But he has been delivering for Ghana with all his heart. So it has to be appreciated.... KPB could have played for Germany, he is good enough but he chose Ghana, that's true comitment not a choice made out of necessity, he has playe...

Re: Bredas, much respect for holding it down
I am still surprised Yujam does not give KP Boateng kudos. The guy has plenty of fire in his belly, and that goal was big in the grand scheme of things. Kai. For the first time the thoughts of Tripple citizenship cross my mind: black pali to go with green & blue. Kai. The bredas play the game th...

My friend, poor as Asamoah is supposed to be, he has scored 3 goals in this WC and probably has 2 from the previous WC. Whether via penalty or not, the guy has a great record. And if it was Torres who scored that goal against the USA yesterday, they would have been telling us it is the best goal in ...

Kudos to that. They have to go past Cameroon/Senegal by going to the semifinals... Nobody is saying the 90s isn't over but anybody that wants to compare this Ghanaian team to the Nigerian 90s team is a drunk. What is the basis for the comparison? What is it to achieve? This is a great Ghana side and...
