Re: Probably starting 11 after injuries.
This is how he should line up with available players. 352 GK: Nwabali RCB: Taminu CB: AJayi LCB: Bassey RWB: Osay Samuel LWB: Tella DM: Onyedika CM: Ndidi AM: Iwobi SS: Lookman ST: Boniface Close. I will replace Tella with Sodiq. Ja. This is the lineup. Only change I would make is the striker’s pos...

Re: How will SA approach the game?
Even though we have lots of injury issue and it’s Finidi’s first competitive game, I think we have enough to win the game. I expect a 2-0 or 3-1 game if we score first. We must however do everything possible to go into HT with a lead. I do not want to see a 0-0 HT score.

How will SA approach the game?
Unlike the Afcon semis this WCQ is about pts and any point is very good for SA. We’ve discussed our own lineups and strategies to the point that there’s really nothing new to talk about. We need 3pts! How do you think SA will approach the game. We probably all believe they will sit back and try to h...

Re: Rumor of Ibrahim Olawoyin is afoot......
What happened to Anayo Iwuala that people were promoting here a couple yrs back after he tore up the Npfl? He went to Tunisia for a yr or so and now he plays in Kuwait. This is the same guy the likes of Bigp and Ohenhen said was better than Simon Moses at the time. How is that relevant to Olawoyin ...

Re: SE vs SA/Benin camp updates
You know there’s something ominously wrong when Ohenhen is the one to open a SE camp thread and he’s talking to himself in the thread while everyone else just strolls by and move on to other topics.

Re: Is This REALLY a rash of injuries or Bailing for Summer Break?
Calling up sub par players is not "building depth" Also how is a coach "building depth" when he refused to use key players in friendly matches and just sat them on the bench. Finidi is looking to be a colossal mistake. I'm expecting 6pts but if we can get 4pts out of the next 2 ...

Boniface hasn't started a game in a while, I'd go with Moffi.vancity eagle wrote: ↑Wed May 29, 2024 7:07 pm This is how he should line up with available players.

The guy is corrupt to the bone, even his blood cells are corrupt. Complete about face on his principles because the likes the coach . This is why Nigeria is a poor country.danfo driver wrote: ↑Thu May 30, 2024 5:46 pm All of a sudden you are giggly and excited about new players? how much money have they paid you?

Re: Tella excuses himself from WCQ, Olawoyin called up as replacement
Coach Financ£di George has been a great investment for the Nff. Best to keep our powder dry at this point, bros. Conjecturing is okay but I hardly believe either Finidi or the NFF has set out to fail. I won’t go as far as accusing them of corruption, but they have allowed sentiments to cause them t...

Re: Tella excuses himself from WCQ, Olawoyin called up as replacement
Olawoyin deserves the call up but he plays in a different position than Tella I'd have called Sani Suleiman, we are lacking wingers. Olawoyin plays in the midfield So that's a good addition. Suleiman Sani has been called up to replace Chukwuze. Oh i didn't know about Chukwueze's injury. Good to see...

Re: Tella excuses himself from WCQ, Olawoyin called up as replacement
Decent replacements. Whether based in Naija or abroad, what will be crucial is to be able to translate club form into good and functional uses in the national team. Keeping the fingers crossed for this new era. What decent replacements? Olawoyin who has never been invited over Aribo for a crucial g...

Re: The uninvited 11
Look at the options we have! Why is it that those that have the most are the most confused? Literally every single player listed below would make the SA and Benin squads, most would even make the CIV, Morocco and Senegal squads. How are we not able to find quality replacements for injured players? ...
