Re: Manchester United - News, Developments & Season

Yet another reason why I feel Ronaldo is greater than Messi. He welcomes challenges while Messi prefers comfort. Had Messi gone to the EPL he likely would've joined City. I dont care much for Messi v Ronaldo, but going to PSG for the specific purpose of winning the CL for them is one of the greates...

Re: The Arsenal FC - Related News and Devts for 2021-22 Season

Might sound far fetched but Arsenal should make a serious play for Messi. There's no better opportunity to sign a player of his quality like now, on a free transfer. They have to sell him on the idea of winning the CL with a team as big as Arsenal that's never won it before. He really shouldn't be ...

Re: D’TIGERS Tokyo 2021

HOW AUSTRALIA SENT NIGERIA UNDER 1) Australia is a talented team with depth 2) Their 3-point shooting was unbelievable 3) Even though Nigeria played spirited defense, Australia was found themselves open for their shots 4) Nigeria played the pick-and-roll very poorly leaving the man setting the pick...

How is this kid "Home-based"? I saw more good things from him in the 10 mins he played than I have seen from Musa since 2018! show some damn respect! How so? Undie is technically right that Musa hasn't exactly done anything impressive since the 2018 World Cup. Doesn't take anything away f...

Re: Awoniyi in action vs Dortmund on ESPN+

Good game from Awoniyi against B. Dortmund today. He seems to have settled in well at Union Berlin and the coach seems to have confidence in him. Not being settled all these years and all the loan moves hasn't really helped his cause. However, at Union, I believe he is beginning to show his vast po...

Re: National Stadium Lagos to Host Super Eagles Matches Next

What happened to Uyo and Abuja? These fools are just wasting money all over the country without any future plans for these stadiums. The stupid fools decided to name them after themselves rather than sell the naming rights to the likes of MTN and Airtel an use the funds to maintain the facilities. ...

The Sudanese league is definitely among the best in Africa, they've got better financialinvestments for sure...unfortunately it doesn't translate well to their national teams. More like Sudan's best players play in the Sudanese league, whereas Nigeria's best players do not play in the Nigerian leag...

In retrospect we should've conceded a third goal and avoided Italy regardless of Amokachi's brilliant but unnecessary goal against Greece. 8-)

CAF and FIFA need to intervene, enough is enough. The quality of many of the pitches in Africa is simply substandard and not acceptable for international football. There is a reason why the minnows tend to do very well at home, and it isn't because of the hostile fans, which there are none of. It i...

Re: My analysis of the Nigeria vs Tunisia game

I agree Rohr didn't take full advantage of both matches. There was no reason for Musa, Omeuro, Ekong, Moses Simon, etc to get extended playing time. We know what they offer. This was the opportunity to give plenty minutes to the likes of Ejuke, Dessers, Akpoguma, and the other new invitees. I can't...
