I recall reading somewhere that Muri Ogunbiyi (despite the presence of Yorubas in the Benin Republic) has Nigerian citizenship. But he may (perhaps by residence) have also acquired citizenship in Benin. Hence why he is qualified to play for Benin. Did it ever occur to you that Muri is Beniniose but...

That is the most useless defense I have seen in a long time, anybody would score against that team. Shaharx - thanks for the post, and don't mind them. Please continue to update us about Ogabona's progress. They forget that the quality of the defending is not Ogabona's problem/fault. When Alan Shea...

we have enough playmaking luxury players (Okocha, Kalu, Osaze, Kanu, Ikedia, Shuaibu, Yaro Yaro). We don't need another one.

The Benin player at Enyimba (probably not for much longer!) is Muri Ogunbiyi. Although I'm not quite sure how he became a citizen of Benin!
It may have been a case of "can't get into the SE...so I'll play for someone else".

Thought, I agree with you. The guy should have been on the list of invitees from day one. I can't believe guys like Ezenwa, Ikedia and Akwuegbu got in ahead of him.

Enyeama is not even good enough to be called up to the training camp. .....and Enyimba's outstanding defensive midfielder Onyekachi Okonkwo SHOULD DEFINITELY have been called up. He may be one of Nigeria's be...

Yeah you're right......we should go with one of the other "successful" coaches who have coached Naija over the past decade during which we have not won a senior trophy.

Enyeama is talented enough. Whether he can step up and have a great Nations Cup is the question. You must be joking. Enyeama is the worst of the lot and it is a miracle that Enyimba managed to win the ACL with him in the side. He does not belong anywhere near the SE. The guy is dodgy! His handling ...
