Re: Nigeria Afcon Finals Vs A-List Teams except 1980(Algeria)

Re: Super Falcons List for 2024 Olympic Qualifiers next week

Don't you think Joe Echiegini fills the creative role? She seems to be a female version of Jude Bellingham I was going to say the same re-Jennifer but I am not sure what role she is currently playing in Italy. My concern is Alozie. Last time I saw her before the holidays she was in crutches from wh...

Re: Super Falcons List for 2024 Olympic Qualifiers next week

Good list, but… The lack of quality depth in the GK position is a potential pitfall. Worry is that if Chiamaka Nnadozie cops an injury or is otherwise unavailable, there’ll be a MASSIVE drop off in quality. Tochukwu Oluehi, while very experienced, is (having been watching several of our games in the...

Re: Congrats to CIV, Thanks to the SE

Congrats to CIV. One they were decisive in getting rid of the coach. The assistant coach got them the Trophy! The mental toughness of the team. To regroup after the terrible loss to EG. Having their star players back for the later stages of the tournament helped. And their star players did show up....

Second-leg also ended 6-0 for the Flamingos for a 12-0 aggregate score…
So, Nigeria goes through to the Third Round (of four rounds) against Burkina Faso.

You never give up, Prof :rotf: If the NT had followed your "tunnel vision" of home based talents treatises, we won't have Nwabali in SE now. While you your penchant has been that solutions are in Nigeria local scene, the people you accuse actually want the best Nigerian talent from anywhe...

Re: U17 WWCQ: CAR 0 vs NIGERIA 6 (FT)

Thanks Gotti. Great to see the pipeline of talent for the SF continuing. I missed the match? Any standout players? Taiwo Afolabi returns as captain this time, and I liked what I saw of the left-footed midfielder Moshood Abidemi … Meanwhile, Chidi Harmony , the prospect that I noted back in 2022 (se...

In this AFCON… 1) All of Africa’s 5 reps at the 2022 Qatar WC (Morocco, Tunisia, Ghana, Cameroon and Senegal) have been bounced… 2) The top 5 FIFA-ranked African teams (Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt) have been knocked out, and…. 3) All 8 Q-finalists from the last AFCON 2021 (B/Faso, E...
