Google files for IPO.

Word is google applied for a 2.7 billion dollar IPO that is about to make a lot of people rich, primarily the founders. The venture capitalists that initially funded the company too are about to break the bank. One of its main competitors Yahoo too will benefit from this IPO too cos Yahoo does have a stake in Google too surprisingly. However, I think that going public now will perhaps stifle a little bit of the enterprising and casual work environment at Google..But I don't blame them, time to cash in. They are about to be officially "Wall street" now.

This is BIG news, but not unexpected. Everyone on Wall Street is excited. Well, except for those that didn't get a piece of the action
