Some clear signs Agbo can be a decent CM in this league...

- Positional sense: Check!
- Mobility: Check!
- Tackling/Ball protection: Check!
- Ball control/Passing: Average!

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

And by the way, Neymar got in the act with a 4th goal for Barca :thumb:

I see him as a potential box to box midfielder for the SE, while Mikel can sit back in the holding role with Onazi.

Holding role as back-up to Mikel, or to enable Mikel push up into a more attacking role.

Not quite equipped for B2B role

Agbo was OK. Success was quite good once again. He still needs to learn to not try to do too much though

His positives are more suited to holding midfield role

If Oliseh does not call up Success in March, then his head no dey house.mhe does not have Nigerias best interests at heart.

How can we be struggling to score goals and have a potent attack, and he ignores this guy.

Isaac is always getting fouled and drawing yellow cards.mrhis is the hallmark of a great and skillful player.

Other than Odion Ighalo, Success is our best forward player in Europe.

We should be looking at an Ighalo, Success, Victor Moses trident up front.

Does Oliseh Know what he is doing ? I for one do not trust him.

By the way Uche Agbo looks a decent prospect.

Good on the ball, strength, and seems good at ball winning.

Where did he come from ?

Yes but they should both already be in SE if we are honest.

This is the kind of game Oliseh should have been in the stadium to watch. As per Success, he starts. Any Super Eagles manager who does not have him in his starting line-up simply needs his head examined.

As per Uche Agbo, Oliseh has to decide what position suits him best. I do not think we need a holding midfielder right now. What we need is a box-to-box player who can drive the team forward ala Fabergas while Mikel sits and holds.

Personally, I think Oliseh should look at playing Uche as his right back. That is by far our most problematic position at the moment. Uche Agbo is playing at a higher level than Shehu Abdullahi, who Oliseh is currently using.

The serial mis-yarner is clueless that Uche Agbo played for the Flying Eagles at the 2013 WYC...
