Ok, what are we doing now? The game seems to have changed - quality wise

Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

Too many changes in key positions. We have lost some of our continuity in midfield.

We have been brainwashed by the Premier League that it's the best in the world. Nonsense. It's the best brand
Roy Keane: ITV 02/25/14

He says that we are currently "brainwashed" into believing that the Premier League is the best competition in the world, and that we are now a long way off dominating the Champions League again.
Gary Neville: Mirror: 12/23/14

I think Spain’s by far the best league.

3-1

Osimhen

I am his biggest fan, but that was simply dumb. We are leading, the guy had to get across you to get to the ball, so plenty of time to recover. Absolutely no need to make that foul.

If the Ref saw it, that would have been a red & a dangerous FK.

Guess it was a bad day in the office for him all around. A central defender cannot have too many of these moments (even if he is on the right today). His versatility is great (he can play on the right, centrally & as a defensive midfielder) but, he needs to know that some things just don't happen as a CD.
