Yes it's Sao Tome + 6 key takeaways

1. It's just Sao Tome, but you can bet your life savings that under Rohr, we would have labored to a 2-0 or 3-1 type of boring/pragmatic win.

2. Secondly all the minnow teams that are just about on par with the quality of Sao Tome all pulled off decent results against the relatively big teams so far in this qualifiers, the likes of CIV with a complete team struggled to a 1-0 win against Lesotho, a decent Burkina Faso were held to a goal-less draw against Eswatini etc

3. Our attacking plethora is SCARY, the best part of that attack is that a smart coach can afford to tweak around players into different interesting positions/roles (like Iheanacho and Boniface today playing in a slightly deeper forward role and linking up with Osibaba and Awo). The likes of Nathan Tella haven't even joined the team yet. Surely Musa needs to fock off already, felt good watching the team without that clowns draining energy.

4. Onyeka is a really solid pivot, I like his game...Ndidi is beginning to grow into that box 2 box #8 role like we've seen him do at Leicester under the new coach (who seems to really rate him). Let's hope this new version of Ndidi becomes a more complete player.

5. Our midfield with Ndidi, Onyeka, Onyedika, Iwobi, Aribo looks established and experienced. But we still need at least 3 more midfielders in this team.

6. NFF are absolutely useless for not setting up a friendly match, heck a friendly against Liberia or even Niger republic couldn't have been too much to ask for? Smh

Niger republic ? You can’t possibly be serious
make peaceful change impossible make violent change inevitable.

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true."

Disclaimer, I didn't watch the game (haven't seen the SE play for over a year) but when I see Onyeka play for Brentford he looks a limited player tbh. if he's showing more for of his capability for Nigeria then that's a positive development.

I think being in the SE camp sometimes has an effect on players and they can play better for Nigeria than their current club form

Please remove Aribo from the list. That guy isn't it! It is because of players like him we lost to Ghana at the WCQ!
