It ended being a good game at the end. Congrats to England.

Columbia is Useless, even after Ospina made a great save, they still blew it. Goodbye Yerry Mina.
"Our enemies are the political profiteers, the swindlers, the men in high and low places that seek bribes and demand 10 percent; those that seek to keep the country divided permanently so that they can remain in office as ministers or VIPs at least, the tribalists, the nepotists, those that make the country look big for nothing before international circles, those that have corrupted our society and put the Nigerian political calendar back by their words and deeds." - Kaduna Nzeogwu

Love it!!! Justice served.

Ospina please stay in Russia and don’t ever come back to Arsenal ... that was an easy save

Colombia was their own worst enemy. The got the advantage and wasted it. Ospina was weak on his right, so as soon as he saves. It was important for the next Colombia penalty taker to score. He over cooked it and blasted it at the bar. Bacca had been poor all game so no surprises there.

That Dier penalty kick was a gift ... you have to make that save ..: he saw it all the way ... very weak palms

"History shows that this club has had very few strikers like him. I do not know if there has ever been anyone like him before. What I do know is that Barcelona should erect a statue for him. Samuel was a fundamental player here in recent years and was key to all of the titles that the team won."

Damn!! Fantastic save by Pickford.. that left hand strong pa.. Kudos to England for advancing..

If Colombia was focused on playing football from 1st min rather than fighting, they probably would have won in regulation time..

This England team is average sha.. well organized but lack substance.. very lucky to be in a weaker bracket. Croatia is arguably the only team in that bracket that will cause them real problems..
Lampard: 101 goals and counting.......
