Word has it that his toxicity levels also increased dramatically during his stay at Abu Gharaib to the point where he has been off limits to the Black-Ops guys responsible for beating the truth out of prisoners. Fear is if he is stripped naked, there might be a Toxic outbreak which might be impossible to contain.

Hence Toxics sits in an isolated cell, which has to be detoxified every day, but as of now, and for obvious reasons, he still has not denounced Sooting!

However, after the last visit paid to Toxic by the IRC, his captors were exorted to supply him with old BetaMax tapes of Sooting in its heyday, which just happened to be about 30 yrs ago. This they claimed, would lift his spirits given his current state of isolation and high toxicity levels!
