whaoooooooooo what a memory of the great days of Bourvita League and early days of Pepsi League !!!!!!!!!!!!!

That list is blessed with ballers !

Temile also played for Sooting in 1985/1986 with Sam Ozogula, Mumini Kelani, Ojokojo, Lateef Yusuf, Baba Ibrahim (from Ghana or Sierra Leone I believe) and et.al.

I still have clear memory of David Ngodiga's pic on the back page of Sketch after Sooting nicely beat Rangers 2 nil at Liberty Stadium that year. Ngodigba was frustrated and sat like mumu between the goal poles. :D

Mighty Jets of Jos was also ruthlessly beaten 7-1 that year !

I have no idea where all those players are now, but some of them bring back serious memories.

Samson "Ziontrain" Ozogula, that bobo's head was big o!

Benedict "Surugede" Ugwu made his name at Rangers before moving to El-Kanemi.

Didn't Benjy Nzeakor go to Brazil to play?

Emeka Nwajiobi the ex-Luton Town striker is probably still based in the UK, possibly practising pharmacy.

I saw Louis "Commander" Igwilo in Enugu around 1995/96. E be like say things rough for the bobo.

confuscius,

Before you start asking about Barbwire (which will probably shift the memoirs in the direction of Onikan, UAC,Agege Township stars) can I quickly ask of Uwem Ekarika?

What about this dude, Edema Fuludu?

One of Amodu's resident CE 'spokesmen' should be able to fill us in considering he was an Amodu boy.
