Coach Rabah Saadane included uncapped French-born players Samir Beloufa, Abdelnasser Ouaddah and Anther Yahia following FIFA's decision to allow players with dual nationality to play for one country as juniors and another at senior level.

The squad is made up of 13 foreign-based players. Seven remain from the group that went to the last Nations Cup finals in Mali two years ago.

Algeria play a friendly international against Mali in Algiers on Thursday before their departure to Tunisia, where they are in Group C of the competition with holders Cameroon, former winners Egypt and debutants Zimbabwe.
