can you score goals with your 6-pack?

Now you're focusing on Ronaldo's work ethic?
Ronaldo's work ethic?

ChICken says CR7 does not put in a shift

 You are struggling with logical progression - just like your height refused to progress beyond 4ft. I don't care about Fake Ron's work ethic. You compared his accuracy in front of goal with Mandzukic. I explained the difference for you. One is a goal-hanger waiting for opportunities to pounce, the other works his bollocks off for his team. If you knew anything about the game, you'd know putting in a shift outside the box affects concentration when chances appear.
oh ok i see
CR has played 50 minutes more but covered 4km more than Mandzukic
..all in the box, of course

:rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
Distance covered (CR7): 59,610
Distance covered (MM): 55,535

Minutes played (CR7): 569
Minutes played (MM): 519
receipt always, not feelings

38-24-44, on paper its read like a marvellously assembled mare, plenty up top and enough in the carriage for the horse and all its furlongs. And the going? good, not 'arf. In actuality, the numbers told the slenderest slice of the story, 38 years of age, 24 inch hip circumference and size 44 EUR shoes. Phenotypically, offspring of big foot and Caster Semenya. Taxi.

Statistics are the master of imaginations, the greatest truth ever lied. Of the many kilometres covered, how many were in the defensive phase? How many were in performing the thankless task of chasing the ball as its tiki-taka'd from left to right? How many KMs were expended covering for those admonished from defensive responsibility. Ozil is said to have covered over 11Kms in number of games and the universally accepted sobriquet is, lazy kraut. Le phase s'il vous plait.

a goal hanger covering the same distance as a worker bee?
i thought goal hangers ONLY stay in the box

or are you now gonna pull a new one out of your a'ss... tackles, sprints covered in 1st half, passes

1. More minutes = more km
2. Changing positions in the box trying to gain an advantage on your marker is counted. Goalies clock up miles too!
3. The box is 16.5m to each side of the goal and 16.5m in front of the goal.
4. Watch games.
5. Alternatively, go and find heat maps.

it appears whenever Juventus play football, the ball spends all the time in the opposition box

oh wait..CR spends all his time in the box.

no wonder they amended the change the offside rule

Watch games not scores and you will know what was happening when the ball was in Juve's half. Tapinaldo would be strolling around outside the box waiting for the ball to be retrieved b/4 dashing into the box to finish the move.
