Like i said, expect changes. Arsenal, for example., has already dropped from 2nd to 5th in 6 games

That table will change in the next couple of weeks, with United hitting form at the right time, they will certainly take points off the top 6

Another thing to mention is Man united have already been written off by the press as premiership contenders, The top 5 dont even think much of United as a potent force based on the less than average results, this suits united very well, when we played Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs, all the pundits said we will lose the game but we actually performed credibly well, we should have beaten Arsenal if not for the late equaliser, Liverpool were there for the taking and we beat Spurs, it was quite important to see what we did to Spurs, we made them look ordinary and Alli and Kane hardly got a look in, I think it is really good that United have become the under dogs and all the talk is about the Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and City

They will see a different United when we meet them next, We will be very difficult to beat

The AFCON month might be a good one for Man Utd (even though they will be without Bailly). While the AFCON is on, Man Utd will play:

Hull THREE times (who will be without Elmohamady and Mbokani)
Liverpool (who will be without Mane); and
Leicester (who will be without Slimani, Amartey and Mahrez)...

Congrats to Wazza on equalling Sir Bobby's goalscoring record for Man Utd that had stood for 43 years. Not sure how Sir Bobby feels that Wazza is the one responsible for ending his top goalscorer record for club AND country! Rooney has had a magnificent career and had a good game today against admittedly outmatched opponents.

Also, Rashford was excellent. His movement and speed belies the fact that he is only 19. If he stays injury free and keeps his feet on the ground, he will be some player in 5-8 years time.

We are humble enough to admit we have not been doing well and may need all the help to climb up the log and restore believe and confidence on the players and technical team

Schneiderlin off to Everton for 22 million (18 months after he was bought for 25 million). I am surprised that Man Utd are actually about to recoup most of the money they paid for a player rather than just selling him for peanuts as usual. Apparently Schneiderlin is only the 4th player in Man Utd's history to be sold for more than 20 million. (the others being Becks, CR7, Di Maria)

Feel sorry for Schneiderlin. Mourinho never gave him a chance. He is very unfortunate to be sold in a team where the key DM is 35 yo and the other one is an injury prone 31 yo. I really hope Man Utd do not regret selling Schneiderlin. Only a Carrick injury away from real trouble in DM.

Mourinho is wierd. Spurs wanted to buy Morgan. He refused and then proceeds to try to unsettle Rose and Walker. This is after MU took away one of our brightest youth coaches.

No surprise there. EPL clubs rarely sell to other EPL clubs they consider title/Champions League rivals.
Who is the youth coach that Man Utd signed?

Andrew Smith has done very well when played as a DM. That is his "Mikel moment" with Mourinho because Andrew is actually a box to box midfielder that likes to charge around the pitch. He has a lot more energy and mobility than Sir Michael, but does not have Michael's excellent range of passing, or tactical brain. Smith is a rottweiler, Sir Michael is a peacock. Both very effective - but in different circumstances.

I would actually say that Danny Blind's son is the only one in the current Man Utd squad that can do what Sir Michael does.

hmmm, watch Blind carefully. He tends to hoof the ball upfield quite a bit.

As per Herrera, he always tries ONE wayward shot per match. Quite frustrating for such a good player.

Every match, he tries a Scholes volley and it goes way wide.

Not only that Levy will not do business with Utd (Berbatov and Carrick issues). IIRC you guys would have paid more for Modric but he decided to sell to Madrid.

The coach's name is Kieran McKenna. You also wanted McDermott but there is a strong bond between Poch and Terry.

Man Utd have triggered an extension to Fellaini's contract. Keeping him at the club until summer 2018.
