CHAN 2016 Build ups:

Nigeria 0-0 Babayaro F.C
Nigeria CHAN team has played to a non-scoring draw with a local based club, Babayaro football club on Sunday at the Abuja international stadium.

This was the first of the long preparatory programme for coach Sunday Ogokrchukwu Oliseh's team ahead of the tournament for locally based players that starts next month in Rwanda.

The team is currently under the hands of assistant coach,Salisu Yusuf as Oliseh continues the road to recovery in Belgium where he traveled for medication.

Another Build up:

Nigeria has already booked a friendly game against Cote d'lvoire on 9th January 2016 in Pretoria, South Africa.

Nigeria was drawn in group C alongside Niger, Tunisia and Guinea, and will be based at the Kigali Regional Stadium, Nyamirambo.

Matches:

Whereas the tournament starts on 16th January 2015, Nigeria will be action against Niger on the 18th in Kigali.

Then, they will play Tunisia and Guinea on the 22nd and 26th January 2015 respectively.

The Super Eagles won the bronze medal at the last African Nations Championship held in South Africa in early 2014, the fourth edition of the African Nations Championship (CHAN).

Uganda is pooled in group D alongside Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mali.

Milutin Sredojevic names his team on 30th January 2015 at Mengo in Kampala.



Uganda herself has already booked two friendly matches against Cameroon and Gabon in Njeru town.
