Jay Ajayi is planning to take his game to another level as the Miami Dolphins running back prepares to begin the grind for the 2016 NFL season.
London-born Ajayi was selected by the Dolphins in the fifth round of last year's draft and featured in the final nine games after recovering from two broken ribs.
And with the free agent running back Lamar Miller looking likely to depart the Sunshine State, Ajayi is preparing himself for a big season, after meeting one of his heroes, ex-Arsenal star Thierry Henry
