Why is Son playing as a LWB?

Apart from that, we need to continue pressing chelsea and pressurise Ake to get goals. We are still in this match.

I think Poch was trying to use Son to peg back Moses. I believe he will still play for part of the 2nd half. We dominated most of the first half though. Just need to calm down and score the next goals. It is a very tight game. We are missing our fullbacks especially Rose.

I hope the refs cotton onto Alonso and Kante's continuous fouling.

Tough loss for the boys. WE gambled on Son at LWB and at the end, the quality of Chelsea's bench shone through. The boys will feel bad as will Poch and Levy. They will just have to pick themselves up for Wednesday. The season isnt over. We are still in with a chance to achieve our highest ever finish of the EPL era. Hope the boys dont throw it all away because the non-Spurs media will yab them.

Alan Shearer has already stated that Spurs will slip up now from this result. Typical Shearer. I don't think we will slip up. Even though we played Son at LWB, the performance was positive tonight and kept our cool at the end. No comment on the ref. I believe Poch will learn from his mistakes very quickly and pick up a decent result against Palace on Wednesday.

ps. Out of the seven FA Cup Semi-finals I watched after winning the FA Cup 1991, this was the best performance out of the seven.

I agree with everything you said. This performance was gusto. They left everything on the pitch so there is nothing to be ashamed about. If they had found a way to sneak ahead Chelsea would not have been able to get back in, that much I believe. MoPo should give the lads tomorrow off to recuperate and coming firing against CP on Wednesday.

Dier getting the blame for Hazard goal. On a few replays I see why. He didn't bother putting his body on the line to stop the shot instead he ducked .

For real. My hope is that the boys bounce back with a demolition of Crystal Palace. At least no player is getting a suspension after this match.

Will you prefer holding on to Dier or sell him and get Ross Barkeley instead?

I dont rate Ross Barkley. Would keep Dier. Cant wait for Lamela and Rose to get back to fitness.

You have started behaving like Tranikuladunce! You are always driving when your team is getting slapped around. Where to? Church or Gym? :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

This is one of the reasons why Dier should have started as a DM. Maybe he was not fully aware of his position though Walker look a bit lost too.
