Mou's boys lost again. Btw the goal was Bailly's fault. He hesitated in dealing with a Feyenoord player who tried to beat a high line and the guy was able to beat the trap and cross for the goal. I suspect MOu will throw Bailly under the bus soon. Anyone wants take bets that the benching wil start this weekend?

Mou would be ill advised to go after Bailly.

We have to accept that United does not have a squad to have an impact in Europe and in the EPL. The sooner United gets out of Europe the better. I rather see the team win the league or come second than see them coming third or fourth and flop in Europe. After all we are still rebuilding.

Re: TFCO
Hope Manu stay in Europe for a long time then exit around semi,it will be good with Thursday football. No need to exit and play less games.A team like Manu should target Europa more as it give them direct entry to CL.Finishing top 4 is more harder compare the teams all fighting for top 4.When Manu pick like 2 points in their next 3 EPL games then they will start get the message.City,Arsenal,Spurs will finish ahead of united.joplass wrote:We have to accept that United does not have a squad to have an impact in Europe and in the EPL. .
The goalless draw the contest was heading for was poor enough. But then Tonny Vilhena pulled the trigger 12 minutes from time and Feyenoord were ahead, though there was an offside during the buildup

Re: TFCO
Rojo was the culprit for that goal. He committed himself unnecessarily going forward and created a hole in the back. The CDs had to shift with Herrera running back to cover, this lost them their shape and created wide areas in the middle. I think Rojo will be lucky to get a game again.YUJAM wrote:Mou's boys lost again. Btw the goal was Bailly's fault. He may have been but the defence broke down because of Rojo's miscalculation and poor decision to go forward. That exposed the defence.anikulapo wrote:felarey wrote:Rojo was the culprit for that goal. He committed himself unnecessarily going forward and created a hole in the back. Jose Out Manchester United fans demand Jose Mourinho must be sacked after Europa League defeat to Feyenoord
Disgruntled supporters called TalkSport to express their rage as Red Devils lose their second competitive game on the trot
By ANTHONY CHAPMAN
16th September 2016, 10:45 am
MANCHESTER UNITED fans have called for Jose Mourinho’s head following Thursday night’s Europa League defeat to Feyenoord.
Red Devils supporters were left stunned as the Dutch giants nabbed a late goal to win at De Kuip – even though it was clearly offside.
It means United have now lost two games on the trot, with Manchester City running riot in a 2-1 at Old Trafford last weekend.
Mourinho will now attempt to pick up the pieces ahead of Sunday’s trip to Watford, but he might find limited support from the travelling United faithful.
TalkSport’s post-match call-in was flooded by a number of disgruntled Reds who were far from pleased with what they saw in the Netherlands.
United’s style of play and effort came under heavy fire, drawing comparisons with the regime under old boss Louis van Gaal.
There were some even making an argument for Mourinho to be replaced by former United centre-back Steve Bruce, who is on the hunt for a new club after leaving Hull.
Of course, these fans who want Mourinho sacked are surely in the minority, with almost all supporters expressing their delight when The Special One took over at the Theatre of Dreams.
The signings of Paul Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic have created a buzz which was lacking during Van Gaal’s era, and if his record is anything to go by, the ex-Chelsea gaffer is sure to get back to winning ways soon.
