The problem with the REVOLUTION is that it got its mission statement totally wrong. The number of teams which play 'rough' football can be counted on one hand. The Spurs manager put it well for me.
Mauricio Pochettino wrote:In Europe, people somewhat underestimate English football, they think it’s the same as 30/40 years ago, the one with the ‘long balls’. This leads to underrating English footballers and the English culture. This may be changing little by little thanks to the financial superpower here, which allows the stars from Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern or Juventus, to come…
In England there is an incontrollable passion for football, but with respect. It’s a place in which players and managers, are just like actors or doctors [In Argentina], and they are respected by society. They are seen as people with a talent, and admired by society…

People over complicate football. It's not Rocket science Pep was never a genius. Just a good Coach who had great players and piggybacked on Cruyff's hard-work. Now that he has to actually build something, look how lost he looks. He is making some very good players look mediocre.

Rijkaard is almost forgotten now but he resurrected Barcelona and made them competitive again and along came Pep and he was hailed a genius. Serves Pep right I am enjoying it

Rijkaard is now languishing somewhere as a high school coach while Pep is haled a superstar coach

Common guys give a man his dues....other coaches have coached the same team and won nothing.
