5-0. Conte is finding the EPL sooooooo "tough." No wonder, because he came from the "dead" Italian league.

My brother, some of the logic is simply amazing. They will tell you that Aguero missed a sitter that would have ended the game because Aguero is finding the EPL too tough... :rotf:
Bro you're the one that lacked logic. Pep has been pegged back by teams even you would have put your mortgage on he's beat. We are talking about the most expensive squad with subs most teams would love to have in their first team. The fact is, in the EPL, you snooze you lose. You must come correct for 90 minutes plus added time
What position does Pep play? Is he the one wearing the No. 10 shirt? Are we supposed to believe that Man City players don't understand how "tough" the EPL is, even though the majority of them have been there for years?

Let me understand the logic: a new manager comes to City, apparently he does not understand how "tough" the EPL is, therefore these players who have been at City for donkey years suddenly forget how "tough" the EPL is and concede a goal in the last minute... Great logic :rotf:

When Mourinho's team concedes in the last minutes vs Stoke, the knives come out about how he is a coward.

Sit tight bro

Conte learnt the lesson after getting his butt kicked to the curb, real quick. Another thing is, Conte builds his team from the foundation of his defense. All the dilly dallying on the ball, and trying to pass it every single time out from the defense will cost City. Gurdiola will learn eventually, but too many of you that greeted Pep, like he was going to sweep the Epl. Failed to understand and put in consideration, the pace and power of the play.

Those are excuses. The bottom line is that every team and every coach is different. If your logic claims that the EPL is tough when a team coached by a manager from an "easy" league drops points, you have to acknowledge that this logic is flawed when a team coached by a manager from a "dead" league dismantles decent EPL teams. You cannot have your cake and eat it. :rotf:

What has that got to do with the supposed "toughness" of the EPL? Neither Chelsea, Everton, nor Borough played in midweek

Yes, Conte exposed the flawed logic behind the soooooooooo "tough" EPL.
Just like Pellegrini exposed it by being the best performing coach during his time in England.
Just like Ranieri exposed it by coaching Leicester's relegation fodders to win the league by 10 points despite not being able to win anywhere else in his long career.
Just like Mourinho exposed it by winning the league before January
Just like Ferguson exposed it by winning like 11 out of the first 15 EPL titles.

Yes, but he came from a "dead" league so we can excuse him. What is the sooooooooo "tough" EPL's excuse when a man from the "dead" league is humiliating the EPL's tough teams? :rotf:
Don't forget Klopp, he has also humiliated a few "tough" EPL teams despite coming from the "very easy" Bundesliga and refusing to buy superstars :rotf:

I love this thread. I am really enjoying this debate :rotf:

Table after 11 games (more or less as Liverpool is still playing, but leading 5-0 [no easy game though])

1. Liverpool 27 points
2. Chelsea 25 points
3. City 24 points
4. Arsenal 24 points

Spain after 10/11 games:

1. Real Madrid 27 points
2. Barcelona 22 points (after 10 games)
3. Atletico 21 points
4. Sevilla 21 points (after 10 games)

Germany after 10 games (Leipzig still playing, leading 3-0)
1. Bayern 24 points
2. Leipzig 24 points
3. Hoffenheim 20 points
4. Hertha 20 points

Please explain this to me. EPL is so tough, yet the teams at the top of the table average more points their Spanish and German counterparts.

Klopp is another coach from the "easy" Bundesliga who is finding out that the EPL is soooo "tough." :D

The EPL is sooooo "tough" that Klopp is cruising 5-0 after 60 minutes and decides to substitute his best striker (Firmino) after 65 minutes and one of his best players (Lallana) after 70 minutes. :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

6-1

It is sooooo "tough" that Coutinho has been taken off and even Klopp has decided to sit down (something he hardly ever does). The toughness of the EPL must be getting too much for his nerves. He is probably thinking to himself: "This has to be the toughest league in human history." :rotf: :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
