What a start
After 7 matches, 5-1-1 is solid and next up is a dead rubber in Algiers. Biggest contribution however is the secured WCQ making many now suddenly start lauding his methods and philosophy but what will define him ultimately is his achievements on the green grass at the big dance in the Eastern bloc. Dude, please. So, 'Undefeated" is the metric now. How about assigning points to wins, loses and draws instead of trying to be clever by half..

Don't you think being undefeated is impressive?

In any case, the real story of these stats is that Nigeria hardly ever loses games in Africa (except under Vogts)..
As an example, we may have lost a total of 3 WCQ games since 1994, and the last one was in 2006 against Angola

Not really. You are undefeated if you consistently play draws against minnows. That's hardly something to be excited about...
