I don't know if Mikel can really afford to skip these games.
Rohr might recognize he has younger and hungrier midfielders in his squad who play on a higher level week in week out.
Nobody is irreplaceable if he fails to perform or show up.

get a hold of yourself, Mikel never takes friendlies seriously...the Chinese league kicks off this weekend.

Come competitive games, a fit Mikel is a bonaified starter..he went to the Olympics in pre-season mode, and was one of our best players..he sat on the bench during our games vs Zambia /Algeria and was involved in 3 of our 5 goals..Now the bobo is about to start getting match fitness and you think come june /August Mikel will be a wetin..That guy will once again show yall why he is known as boywonder.. There are players and there is Mikel( the best thing to ever happen to Nigerian football in modern history
