Esiti caused the free-kick that led to Genks first goal. Kalu equalized from a tight close angle. Genk is leading 3-1 the team is rampant and better coached. Esiti needs to join a yoga club, so he gets more flexible. Been hit or miss despite good industry.

4-1. Esiti is overwhelmed by speed, the counters have been simply devastating.

Esiti not a mobile player, once they move the ball around him, he is slow to get back to the fray. Might explain the reason he is not in the squad

Kalu made some moves earlier on and was active, but saw less and less of the ball as the pressure from Genk increased. Clearly gifted, but needs more experience.

Rabiu Ibrahim looks really good on the ball. Some nice tricks. Even some good passes. There may still be a good player in there.

Rabiu has stabilized the middle, since coming on. 4-2.

Meanwhile Kalu wins a PK - but it's saved!

Esiti, Rabiu and Kalu are the best things on the Genk side.

Kalu just wins a penalty vs two defenders. Unfortunately the penalty taker makes a mess of the PK.

2:4 for Gent.

The Gent back-four has sucked all night long (though the first goal conceded was simply a great FK)...
