Playing 3-5-2 is not as easy as it looks on paper....there is a reason why it has taken almost 27 years to get teams playing it and still only few get going with it.

Requires more positional discipline than most.

Joel Obi's name has been associated If for the best part of 4, maybe more years. Nigeria surely have enough to move away from Ifs and towards Is. Ndidi IS settling in nicely at Leicester, for instance.
