Ndidi, Etebo, Ogu

Combined really well in the game, Ogu's passing sometimes seems off which is surprising cause I've always known him as a good passer of the ball, but the trio of Etebo, Ogu, and Ndidi should form the core of our MF with Mikel and Onazi on the fringes,of course Mikel will always command a big role...in any case I think Ogu definitely had a good game. Ndidi's long raking passes have become his trademark, and it sure caused problems for Senegal especially when dealing with more intelligent forwards like Kayode and Success...I'll really fancy an attack of Kayode, Success, Nacho and Vic Moses...Rohr should try out this guys against physical teams like Cameroon cause apart from been fast players, they seem to use their brains well than the Musa/Simon rubbish we keep dealing with...in all lots of promise in our attack with the likes of Bazee, Onyekuru, and Kalu still waiting to prove their worth... Lastly, something seems off about Iwobi, is the pressure getting to him? I think pinning the play making role on him is somewhat premature, he needs to grow into that role and realize he isn't going to be the cherry pick fan favorite for long and sit up...JayJay was doing some serioud play making just about his age.

One friendly game which we didn't even win and suddenly John "slow poke" Ogu displaces Mikel and Onazi.

Good thing you are not a coach.

Utter nonsense.

Ogu is a squad player at best. There is no way Rohr would bench Mikel for Ogu. Impossible.

Iwobi's dip in form can easily be diagnosed. The energy is spent banging his woman and twitter/instagram. No time to rest

If etebo, success and Mikel keep performing for SE Iwobi will find himself on the SE bench by the time we play cameroun. I've noticed that it usually takes about 3 months for a sure starter national team player to end up on the bench for good.

By the time we roll out v cameroun we might look like this

Nacho

Success Mikel Moses

Ndidi. Onazi

Iwobi will be fine. He is a child. And children are very inconsistent. Its through maturity that they learn to prolong their productivity. Are you wondering why Bellerin no longer gets the applause he was getting last year and early in the season?
