Bruce Arena was always the right coach for the US. Klinsmann was not just the right fit.

Too early to make that call tbh, indeed a very commanding result for the USMNT but its Honduras we are talking about here, they are last in their wcq group for a reason.

KPOM. Remember, Arena failed previously as well.

I think Klinsi lost connection with his players, beginning with the decision to drop Donovan...
Form is temporary; Class is Permanent!
Liverpool, European Champions 2005.

We watched this very boring video, 500 times, of Sacchi doing defensive drills, using sticks and without the ball, with Maldini, Baresi and Albertini. We used to think before then that if the other players are better, you have to lose. After that we learned anything is possible – you can beat better teams by using tactics." Jurgen Klopp

True. The Donovan issue was big but IMO Donovan's attitude and decision to take off some games had been an issue with Klinsmann.

Both teams were poor.
They would not even make the cut to Gabon 2017.
I quit watching after Bradely scored his first goal.

I always wondered why Kinsmann never played Pulisic with Dempsey.
