I don't think Chelsea can sustain this play pattern next season. They are being found out game by game now. They can't continuously rely on the wing backs and then counter against the run of play. The middle is always porous and Conte need to do something about that. As it is now, they are no longer keeping clean sheets ...

Look at Cahil being outjumped by little Bertrand...that is complacency there.
