There are different leadership styles. You wouldn't know since you've never led anything. Some lead by example, some lead by shouting, some lead by empowering others, etc.

You are the one not thinking. The huddle looks like it is breaking up towards the end of a roar and a couple of players are set to restart the game b/4 the others. Watch games and not pictures.

Football is a team game. He is just the best individual around in a team game. Watch games instead of watching pictures or "watching" results.
