Instant impact. Two of the most insulted on this board combined to break coconut on many heads

If only Ozil had capped his good display with a goal

Plat it was a well written script that we are going to win 2-1. Called both games against City and Chel$hit.

Indeed....and can you believe it was that same combination that scored the winner vs Hull City a few years back! :D

Clearly injuries are the problem for Ramsey, once he stays fit for a sustained period of time he gets into rythym and starts balling. Like OX this new formation has worked for him.

Giroud we all know is a reliable soldier.

Disappointing but well deserved loss.

Congrats to Arsenal. Wenger got his tactics right IMO & his players showed up. CFC players on vacay mode alreasy smh!

Conte should have rolled the dice with Cesc as a starter.

As for Moses.. :curse: :curse:

Still a fantastic season for CFC. Just sucks to lose in a final but on balance of play - the scoreline probably flatters CFC

For those of you Nigerians who want to castigate him, Im sorry, the match was won before Moses dived
Not true...the game was lost psychologically when he stupidly dived. He has the skill to hold the ball up and pass to a free Fabregas to score than taking the easy way out. His dismissal left the right side weaker and led to the 2nd goal tbh.
They must be psychological midgets then. They were all over the place before the goal, the only psychological impediment i see on this match is a bunch of players playing as if they would rather continue their partying in the deep end of the Soho than play in this final. Two weeks of hard partying can be difficult overcome when the opposition comes charging like castrated bulls!

Anthony Taylor played his part today in frustrating Chelsea but this defeat is on Conte. With Merterseker heading everything away, why not bring in Mitchy and play two strikers from the start of the second half. Pedro was rubbish all game and he left him on for too long. Then removed Costa when he was actually playing well. Even Costa nearly goal could have been tapped in with Mitchy next to him in the box at that time. This is a question mark on Conte...and he sort of transmitted his fear to the players today and they played badly.
Just give credit to Arsenal, they were superb in the first 30
If you understand anything about the psychology of the game, you'd realise that the wrong call for the goal and the feeling of injustice the way the goal was allowed to stand means Chelsea players never recovered their composure for the whole of the first half. Infact, they were so out of sorts that they could have conceded 2 or 3 more goals. So it's more of Chelsea playing very badly and the Coach not not intervening sensibly to reset his team in the 2nd half by making decisive changes on time, than Arsenal doing anything fantastically. As bad as Chelsea played today, a good team should have won very comfortably playing against 10 men.
Dude, come on. You got beat. End of.

Conte must have watched a different game. Matic played a good game?

The worst kinda red card to get is one for diving. I'd rather get tossed for a professional foul.

Hopefully, lesson learned.

Yes, it brings into play, integrity issues.
Expect the British press to play that card in the future.

One day Wenger will go. Please Arsenal fans, lets back OUR team and OUR man Wenger for next year. Goodnight.

Cheiii just watched the game ohhhh .... Kaiii even though I knew the final score but see tension :scared: Massive thumbs up to the boys.

How did they not lose faith and expect the sucker punch after missing chance after chance ... how Ramshyt missed the rebound from the header off the post from Welbeck is still a mystery to me. That's impossible to miss but thank God he scored later.

Ospina made a great save on Costa but he should have saved the tying goal nah :scared:

Anyway mega props to Arsene ... against all odds he pulled this one out

Really should have been 4-0 TBH but I go take am :thumb:

What a load of rubbish. Arsenal never gave your lot and your Russian gangster a chance from the first minute. When your dirty Russian money failed you, Moses did the most unNigerian thing - dive for a penalty.

Today, against the money odds, we beat you lot and we WON the FA cup. We did not BUY it, we WON it.
