IS WEST HAM A GOOD MOVE FOR KELECHI ?

Post by JACKAL »

Assuming its true he is going to West Ham as its been currently speculated, is this really a good move for him ?

I personally dont think so ! He needs to stay with teams that have real ambition. Teams that have the potential of qualifying for the Champions league and can afford top tier players. This move does very little for him. If he fails there then Pep justifies his exclusion from City and other top teams will be reluctant to hire him becuase his stock just plummeted. If he does well there, its like he is just doing well amongst mediocre talent becuase there was no one else to compete for his job. This does not serve Kelechis Career well..

He should turn down this move.

Bad move.

He should be joining clubs like Arsenal. Dortmund is also good spot for him.

Even though you said "Assuming it's true" I still think this is a futile thread. Why don't you wait until you know his destination before asking if the move is good for him? After West Ham which rumoured club(s) will you open a poll thread for again?

West Ham United would complete brilliant signing by snapping up Kelechi Iheanacho

West Ham United are said to be eager to sign Kelechi Iheanacho from Manchester City.According to the London Evening Standard, West Ham United could make a move for Kelechi Iheanacho this summer, and the transfer could be one of the most exciting signings the London club have made in years.

Iheanacho appears to be ready to burst on to the scene, but at Manchester City he faces a huge amount of competition to earn a starting place.

There is no shame in being behind Gabriel Jesus and Sergio Aguero in the pecking order for a starting place, and realistically City are the only club in the Premier League who could afford to let a talent like Iheanacho go. City’s loss could be West Ham’s gain though, as the Nigerian looks to be a special talent.

Iheanacho has netted 21 goals in the Premier League since breaking into the first-team already, and he has a clinical edge about his game which simply cannot be taught.

At £20 million he looks a relative bargain in the modern day market - especially when considering West Ham’s other strike target Daniel Sturridge is valued at double that price by Liverpool (Daily Mail) - and if West Ham did manage to complete a deal for Iheanacho it would surely be one of the best buys of the summer.

He is still young. He needs to be somewhere he can get playing time. If he did exceedingly well there, he can move to a top side

Yeah but West Ham is a bad move.

He can get playing time at a bigger club.

My preference is Spain or Italy or Germany. The Bundisliga will be good for him. Dortmund will lose Aubemenyang this summer, that could be a good spot for him.

Yup but he supposedly prefers to stay in England which limits his options to teams like W Ham
