A very poor and disjointed performance and a "typical" Nigerian display. This was not what many expected from a foreign coach.

Why is it that each time a team loses, everybody blames the coach? The coach does not kick the ball, the coach plays with what materials he has on the field. What if the coach instructs the players and the player did not take the instruction?

We had a bad day on the job today. The boys need encouragement and support not chastisement. The coach needs help and we are missing some good players due to injury.

The coach should have approach the game with caution. We are no longer the Nigeria every country in Africa used to fear. Nigeria need to stop living on Yesterday. The countries considered minnows of yesterday now have young players who have gotten of age and challenging the Goliaths of yesterday.

Let us humble ourselves and know that we not alone in front anymore.

And who selected the materials? Rohr left the hottest player in Belgium completely out of the squad and played a clueless Simon for 86th mins, who is to blame for that? Let us know

Thought "the lads did not play to instructions" was the singular preserve of...ok let me stop.

Happy to see I'm not the only one finding humor in this loss.
We had it coming, it just did not come sooner. What with players and fans believing we are better that
what we saw happen against S Africa?
At this rate, Fiji or India will be asking to be let into the 'fun'.
