Any Arsenal fan on this forum that really wants to know what's happening should better wait and watch the game for yourself later. Don't follow what most of these miserable folks write on this forum. Folks are just sad and can't help being sad.

Decent first half in which we haven't taken our chances well. Niles hit the bar, Danny missed a one on one. Chambers had a goal saving block and the defence has played well. Iwobi is playing well, and has had a good shot on goal. Wilshere has been our best player so far. Bellerin has had a few misplaced balls.

Hopefully better second half.

Other team could have had a valid PK.

Anyone wants to understand why AW held on to Alexis and Ozil for so long despite not committing to the club, watch that 1st half and see why.

I hope we find a way to win, we need the 3 points here. Xhaka and Wilshere have been good in that midfield, we need more from that front 3...

Good half. The quality of ozil and sanchez missing but it's been functional nonetheless.
Need to convert chances. Wilshere the star man so far. Xhaka has impressed me as well as AMN.

Nothing on the bench in the way of goals...Eddie?

Ref missed on the Bournemouth pk though...

Pretty much nailed it.

It's been a mainly disciplined performance and there've been some moments of creativity from Jack and Xhaka but that front three looks dire.

Iwobi's inability to compete for a high ball & make an easy pass on counterattacks opps is concerning. We shall watch Liverpool vs Manc later & see a lot of pace with the 2 or 3 playing off the strikers.
David Silva & KDB who're interior players for ManC are probably quicker than our wides - Welbeck & Iwobi. Iwobi wants to playmake not play wide - if you've TW on the bench why rest him.
We're overplaying at the back creating unwelcome complications.

Balague on Alexis’ replacement: “They are prepared for the departure & they say he’s a big name & it’s not just a kid coming through"

Gotta ask why do we stay beholden to Alexis - bring in who you got - we need more than 1 player.

We we have been shyt with both of them this season ... only the X factor of Alexis being missed. Ozil is irrelevant

Just another poor excuse. Maybe he should have paid them what they asked? Maybe he should have sold them earlier and bought replacements quick enough, so they could gel through training camp? And how come Arsenal cannot retain enough of their own top talent?

Impotent.

Harsh to both players.

Defoe is one of the best strikers the league has seen. A player who mastered the league properly.

Laca is struggling to cope with it so far PLUS look at the dysfunctional team he's been placed in. Messi would struggle.
