Overall i think this has done damage to her career in football/media
Nevertheless kudos to her for standing up for herself
She is done as far as broadcast media is concerned but I don't rule out a lucrative newspaper column in the future. She will be alright.
That remains to be seen but I don't see it that way at all.
Maybe I'm not as cynical as most but I see it as an opportunity for the TV and other sports outlets to align themselves with anti-racism and anti-sexism.
Whether that stance is an altruistic or a hypocritical one is another matter.

But Eni Aluko is a quality pundit and represents too many positives for TV to get rid of her - race, gender and intelligence (which often isn't associated with football).
If one network drops her, another will pick her up at the drop of a hat.
Just my opinion though.
KPOM. While her career as a player for England may be over, this issue should not deny her continued work in the media. In fact, it may enhance her opportunities based on future contexts. As for her team mates, nothing really surprising if you ask me. Where the victim sees racism, the racial-privileged is blind to those. Kudos to Eniola. What a brave woman.
Everything appears to be working in her favour right now. She should get a consistent gig on BBC.
With recent developments I agree. She is a truly remarkable woman.
