Is this any different from playing in the World Cup or Nations Cup? Even in the leagues, team's play Premiership games on Saturday and Champions League matches on Wednesday.
Are you saying that our players cannot handle a competition? Besides, was it not the same for the Cameroonians?
Are you seriously comparing qualifiers with games in a tournament where the team has at least 2 weeks prior to the tourney to play tune up games, have a standing camp and work on fitness?
In champs league, how many times do you hear coaches send out weakened sides or rest several starters in legaue games in anticipation of upcoming Tuesday/Wednesday champions league matches?
