Something is really strange between Iwobi and SE

Post by highbury »

I am not sure why, but something is strange in the relationship between Iwobi and SE of late. He was allegedly injured (thigh injury) for the game against Cameroon. So he was excused for both games. The following week after SE's game in Yaounde, Iwobi was on the Bench against Bournemouth. I know it takes 1 month for a player to resume playing again after a thigh injury. He then played against Cologne and Chelsea. I am not sure what it is... I suspect either there is a problem between Iwobi and SE or he is feigning an injury. He could be injured... Who knows.. It is a little bizarre to me

He was hurt and he got better. 2 weeks of international break btwn injury and next game. He has never missed a call up prior so not sure there is a strong rationale here for the conclusion

There is nothing in my statement suggesting that Iwobi doesn't love to play for the SE. I am just curious as to why whenever a SE game is about to come up Iwobi gets supposedly injured only to return for Arsenal after the international break is completed

According to you it's happened ONCE. That's hardly enough to come to your conclusion.

Then drive the car off a cliff. Migraine gone for good, car insured, peace and quiet in Cybereagles.

You didn't state when Iwobi's injury started; you only suggested that he played a week after international break. International break is 2 weeks. If the injury started 2 weeks before the break, isn't that 4 weeks?
TOUCH NOT MY ANOINTED...
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding...hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe
