Why do we dominate during the WCQs and during AFCONQs

we go eh bleh.. why are we struggling to qualify for AFCON? do yall think that will change since the games have been moved to the summer ? I am still scratching my head... still don't know why our SE can't run AFOCN qualifications like the WCqs
