Anyone know how we can get a hold of him?

We need to get some work done in readiness for Russia 2018.

Trying to get some CE program in place for Russia. Need his expertise.

where was he based? We may be able to find CE members who know him. Not sure I misunderstood, but like Kofo, he may have been based in the Philippines?

It is actually football related. He designs our banners and other related stuff.

We are getting ready for Russia and want to make sure you can identify us on TV

Moreover, we want refugees on CE to have a sense of belonging identifying with winners.
