From the highlights it doesn't look he had much to do over the course of the game since it looks like Girona did not have too many shots on target. Both goals he conceded weren't his fault.

If the coach already knows his 23 there would be no need for friendlies to look at other players, clearly he doesn't therefore it only makes sense to call those he could potentially pick and have them earn their spot in camp. I hope that is clear.

As far as your Vince hogwash, you can just keep repeating yourself till your fingers go numb, but the facts remain, Oliseh failed miserably then actually ran away from Nigeria claiming 'witch craft' , now our main man Rohr had to clean up his mess and like a true NT coach, he just can't wait to have the quality of Enyeama back!
