All this talk about players picking Nigeria when they are not good enough is nonsense. Troost Ekong is good enough to play for the Netherlands.

Turnovers are a problem as is building from the back in central defence. When pressed they're often guilty of hitting the ball forward in hope rather than expectation. Giorgio Chiellini said recently that Pep Guardiola has ruined Italian defenders by making them think they are playmakers.
